Introduction
SCWNE provides the most comprehensive safety education and training throughout the entire Western New England area. Through business and community-based partnerships, SCWNE provides the expertise and resources of over 40 highly qualified safety professionals. Our 87 years of experience and insight enables us to provide instruction and programs that protects the quality of human life. Courses, services and community-based education programs are designed to exceed standards, saves lives and reduce the economic and personal, preventable tragedies in the home and workplace.
Youth Programs
Our collaboration with the Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts has also enabled us to provide the Safe & Sober Teen Driver Education program to thousands of students throughout Western Massachusetts for over 25 years. This unique and effective instructional course focuses on high school sophomores who are about to obtain their Massachusetts drivers' license. Registration Policy
Course registration and payment (cash, check, credit card or PO #) for courses delivered by the Safety Council must be received in writing no later than 12 noon the day before the course date via mail, email (info@scwne.org), fax (413-783-1042) or hand delivered to 1000 Wilbraham Road.
Cancellation Policy
Course cancellations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. three days prior to the course date by Safety Council staff. Participants who cancel after the 5:00 p.m. three days prior notification deadline will be charged 75% of the course registration fee and "no shows" will be charged 100% of the course registration fee.
If you don't see a course listed or scheduled, email us to be added to our "safety training pending list." We will contact you as future training schedules are determined.
